Ben joined James Reed & Associates in 2008, bringing with him 10 years of experience in safety and risk management for a Fortune 500 company. His background in business and ministry allows him to provide unique insights to ministries and nonprofits.

A business graduate of Corban University with an MBA from George Fox University, Ben has served on multiple boards and offers ongoing consulting services. His passion for leadership extends to his work as a speaking pastor, a men's Bible study host, and a jail ministry leader.

At home, Ben and his wife raise their four children on a small farm, where they tend to cattle, Christmas trees, honey bees, and gophers. In his free time, you’ll find him hiking, floating rivers, or climbing trees that would make Zacchaeus envious.
